What a scam! Paid for single lash service, confirmed with the lash technician that they "only use single lashes, we never use cluster lashes". And photos show the result 1 week after the service. 90% of lashes have fallen off, every single one that has come off are cluster lashes. Will never return due to such deceitful marketing tactics!
I’ve been a regular customer at Dr Lash for a while now. Their service is top-notch and never disappoints. I always do my lashes with Vicky and she is always patient in listening to what I wish to do and she delivers above expectations each time. Ellen is also always so bright and warm. I always look forward to my appointments at Dr Lash and will continue to be a loyal customer. Highly recommended for sure!

I would like to commend the front desk staff Priscilla and my therapist Yvonne for the dedicated care that they have accorded me throughout my experience in eyelash extension at the Orchard outlet. Their services have been impeccable and has much exceeded my expectations. I appreciate the assurance that the therapist gave me and she really knew what style I’m comfortable with and wanted. First class service indeed and makes me feels at home.
I trust my go-to lash therapist, Vicky more than I have imagined ! ❤️ After sessions and sessions with her, I start to fear going to other places for my lash extensions because I know it’s hard to come across someone who can be as consistent and gentle yet meticulous as she is. I’m sure that there are others who can do great lashes too but what’s more important and rare is the consistency of great work. 🌟 Thank you Priscilla (counter staff) too for always being so kind, and making me feel so comfortable whenever 🥰
Highly recommended and definitely not overrated or overpriced, you really pay for what you get. At this moment, I have no plans to revisit my previous lash boutiques or even visit any other boutiques. I will be stuck here for a really long time. ☺️
Vicky at Dr Lash OC is my to-go therapist. She is super gentle and quiet when working on my lashes. My lashes always look good and last a long while. The manager Ellen is also always polite and helpful. Looking forward to my next session again!
Love my lashes done by Yvonne. She is nice and very skilled in her craft. She also checks on my comfort every now and then during the session. Ms Ellen is also very nice and accommodating to my queries.
Found this place while googling for places to do eyelash.. so off i went to make appt.. it was easy through whatsapp and managed to book a slot on weekend afternoon. The lady who did my eyelash should be experience. She did a good job doing my extension babydoll and looks great and super light barely there feeling.. the place is comfortable and clean also.. the drawback the price is expensive for $150 after gst.. im not sure if i will frequent the place often.. as the packages i think is expensive as well.. but definetly a good place and i do recommend this place.
